| Home | What Information Is Collected? “Personally Identifiable Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home. FBCI uses PayPal to process payments made to FBCI. PayPal collects the following Personally Identifiable Information from you when you use our Site to make a donation or to buy products: your email address, a PayPal password, your first and last name, a mailing address, your credit card billing address, your credit card information (type, number and expiration date), and your telephone number. Your name and your email address are included in a report that PayPal provides to FBCI. Such information is collected in order to complete a donator’s/purchaser’s order and is only shared with FBCI’s staff or third parties involved in that process. Additional Personally Identifiable Information, such as age, gender, and email address, may be collected as a part of the registration process or when requesting information. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features if you do so. How Is Such Information Used? Personally Identifiable Information is collected for the purposes of making a donation, purchasing an item off the Site, registering as a member, or making a request for information. Such Personally Identifiable Information is necessary to follow through with the user’s intent. Some information provided may, upon consent of the user, be shared with third parties. Is The Information Shared or Disclosed? Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, FBCI does not rent, sell or share personal information it collects about you to or with third parties without your prior consent. Information collected from you is typically used to complete and support your purchases from and use of the FBCI Site and to comply with any requirements of law. Security FBCI does not automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, therefore we do not use cookies or other security programs. International Transfers Personal Information collected on this Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which FBCI or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. Any person who provides their information to FBCI through the registration page, donation page, via email or any other part of the FBCI Site represents to FBCI that they are 13 years of age or older.
