FUTURE Brain Cancer Institute
Creating a FUTURE for brain cancer patients in the Bay Area
Home FBCI IS CLOSED
As of March 2008, we are sorry to share the news that FBCI is officially closing due to lack of funding sources. The FBCI staff would like to thank everyone who has supported and participated in the organization over the past 5 years, and we are very sad that we have to close our doors. This website will be active temporarily to offer patients a look at our recent history. However, support services and products will no longer be available. We wish our patients and families all the best.

- Thanks - The FBCI Team

WHAT IS FBCI? FUTURE Brain Cancer Institute (FBCI) is a nonprofit organization in downtown Palo Alto, California. Composed of over 250 volunteers whose lives have been touched by brain cancer, we are dedicated to providing information and support to brain cancer patients and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area. FBCI spreads awareness of brain cancer and raises funds through our community education and awareness programs. We are also a partner of UCSF Medical Center Brain Tumor Research Center (BTRC) for fundraising and research.

FBCI'S MISSION is to provide help, information, support and facilitation for brain cancer patients and their families in the Bay Area; and to increase awareness of brain cancer and raise funds through community programs. We offer brain cancer patients the best opportunity to fight their disease, and provide information and services that will help families and friends serve as the strongest support system for their loved ones throughout the treatment process. MAKE A DONATION today and help FBCI achieve its goals!
